John McDonough is University Librarian for Dublin City University. Previously he was Director of the National Archives.
Prior to this appointment, he worked as Head of Collections in the Library & Research Service of the Irish parliament supporting and delivering online research outputs and information services to Deputies. He holds post graduate qualifications in Archival Studies and an MSc in ICT Systems.
