Notes made by John O'Donovan, for the Ordnance Survey, concerning the history, topography, traditions and antiquities of the parish of Kilrush, Kilmolash and Affane, Co. Waterford, with particular reference to their early churches and the origins of their place names. Included are extracts relating to the legend of St. Carthag of Lismore.
