DRI Welcomes Áine Madden as Programme Manager

We are pleased to announce that Áine Madden has joined the DRI team as Programme Manager. 

Dr Madden joins the Digital Repository of Ireland team based at the Royal Irish Academy. She comes to us with a background in project management, event management and administration and has worked in the publishing sector, arts organisations and higher education institutions. She is responsible for working with the DRI Director, Dr Natalie Harrower, in the day-to-day running, project planning and administration of the DRI and DRI partner projects.

Dr Madden commented on her appointment:

I am excited about the opportunity to work for an organisation that is committed to preserving and providing access to Ireland’s rich cultural heritage and look forward to the challenge of providing effective support to the DRI team whilst administering the DRI programme.
