Scheme Requirements

1. You are a low / no income / volunteer-based group.

2. You have identified the digital materials you would like to ingest.

3. The materials to be ingested into DRI are already digitised / currently being digitised.

4. All materials are suitable for Open Access publishing.

5. Your group can commit to one hour-long training session per week over eight weeks.

6. Your group commits to preparing metadata and ingesting content within one year.

 


 

Application Form

DRI are committed to eliminating as many barriers to the Community Archive Scheme as possible. As such, if your group or organisation would prefer to apply to the scheme through an oral interview, this can be arranged. We are happy to work with you to generate the best application possible.

Application forms will be available from 28 August 2024.

The closing date for applications is 5pm on Friday 8 November 2024.
