We are pleased to announce the date for the upcoming event on 'FAIR and Open Data opportunities for the Galleries, Libraries, Archives and Museums sectors', co-organised by the Digital Repository of Ireland, Europeana Research and the Research Data Alliance Ireland national node.

The free event, to be held at the National Library of Ireland, Dublin on 21 April 2020 will feature guest speakers from a range of institutions, and across Europe. There will be lectures, case studies and hands-on exercises to help give participants a comprehensive overview of the benefits of using and publishing FAIR and open data. It is funded under the Europeana Research Grant programme with the support of RDA Ireland.

We would like to invite you to save the date and keep an eye out for more news on the DRI website and Twitter feed.

DRI is funded by the Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science (DFHERIS) via the Higher Education Authority (HEA) and the Irish Research Council (IRC).
