MoreBrains Cooperative has been working with the National Open Research Forum (NORF) to develop a national persistent identifier (PID) strategy roadmap for Ireland. Community consultation is a critical element of this project, and NORF is grateful to everyone who has shared their perspectives with us.
The project is expected to complete by July 2024, and NORF is planning a series of virtual and in-person events to provide an update on their progress and to gather any additional feedback. NORF warmly invites the Irish research community to join them — all events are free to attend, but registration is required.

This community webinar is timed to coincide with publication of MoreBrains’ report, Efficiency and insight: A cost-benefit analysis for a central service to support persistent identifier implementation in the Republic of Ireland.
