How to Deposit

You can view the DRI Collection Policy document for guidelines on how to deposit. The Policy provides an overview of the types of data, digital assets and collections which the Digital Repository of Ireland (DRI) aims to preserve and publish. It should inform potential depositors on whether they may hold appropriate content for deposit and users on the type of collections they can find in the Repository.

This document expands on the scope of material accepted by the DRI, and references our membership model and other related policies that will guide you in how to deposit. Membership is the primary way that we take collections and you can find out about membership on our DRI Membership page.

This expanded document, published in 2020, replaces the 2015 policy, published at the launch of the Digital Repository Ireland.
