Ireland’s first ever National Digital Week will take place from November 3-8 in Skibbereen, West Cork. This four-day event will focus on the future of digital technology in Ireland, with an emphasis on digital accessibility for entrepreneurship in non-urban areas. It will feature national and international speakers including Ronan Harris, Head of Google EMEA, Dr. Laurence O’Rourke, Rosetta Mission Science Operations Coordinator at the European Space Agency, Ingrid Vanderveldt of Empower A Billion Women 2020 and Ireland’s Digital Ambassador, Lord David Puttnam. The week will also feature numerous seminars, workshops and other activities.
