Context: Nick Henderson was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Irish Refugee Council in 2016. During his time in Ireland Nick has held several leading positions in organisations such as Integrity at Work, an initiative of Transparency International Ireland promoting supportive working environments for whistle-blowers, Amnesty International Ireland, IRC Independent Law Centre, and the Migrant Rights Centre of Ireland. Prior to coming to Ireland, he was a legal representative for people seeking asylum with the Refugee Legal Centre in London and the Jesuit Refugee Service in Cambodia.
