Sara R. Phillips is the chair of the Transgender Equality Network [TENI], an Irish non-profit organisation founded in 2006, which seeks to improve conditions and rights for transgender people and their families in Ireland. Sara has been a facilitator of the Dublin Trans Peer Support Group before becoming the chair of TENI in 2012.
